I'm new to StockCentral. How do you add transactions to a new portfolio. I went through the Getting Started tab but once I named the portfolio it took me portfolio page but I cannot find how to add my transactions to set up the portfolio. Any help??

To get to the Transactions list look at the name of the Portfolio in the drop down menu. There should be a Transactions link to the right of the portfolio name. If you see a link named Manage instead, then you created a SIMPLE portfolio which does not use transactions. You manage a simple portfolio by just adjusting the number of shares when those change and just add or remove a company when you buy or sell. When you are at Tools & Analysis > Portfolio and the list of your portfolios is displayed the word SIMPLE appears between the porfolio name and its market value.
If you want to track the portfolio using transactions, when you create the portfolio DO NOT check the box for "this is a simple portfolio". The help link next to this check box describes how a simple portfolio is different.
