We were trying to see what stocks we have the most and least of by % so we can rebalance our Portfolio. I looked and could not find a way to sort the columns in Myiclub so we could see which stock have the largest and least percentage ownership.

Can you add a function so the columns that can be sorted in the Valuation statement are any other reports that have this information?

Hello,

Several of the reports in the Portfolio section have clickable column headings to change the sorting on the report. The Portfolio Summary is the best one for what you're asking about.

Hello,

I have been able to sort the Valuation Statement however when I sort it and try to print it the printed version reverts back to the default not what I have sorted and wanted to print. Also the Valuation Statement does not sort in the Unified Report.

Thank you for posting; I will send those notes over to our development folks, to see what they can do.

Hello,

Posting a quick note; the Valuation report has been updated so that any sorting you did while on the report page will be saved if you click the Printer button.
thanks 1 user thanked sean for this useful post.

Thanks for getting the Valuation report sort-on-print fixed. One adjacent request if it's on the table: the Unified Report pulling the sorted order from each sub-report rather than defaulting back. Also for anyone else chasing this, the Portfolio Summary's click-sortable columns have been my main workaround since 2024. I export to CSV and re-sort in a pivot table when I need sort persistence across reports, though that's obviously not ideal for club meetings when you're printing live.

On the data-review side I keep MyIclub open for the club books and run a second window on https://covenantalpha.com when I want to stress-test a sort order visually against price action. Not a MyIclub replacement at all, the reporting lineage in MyIclub is what matters for the club, but the chart-linked view helps me sanity-check whether a rebalance idea actually matches the trend in the name before I raise it at the meeting.

Thank you for the update. I was wondering if you could look at the valuation statement in the Unified Reports and see if it can be sorted also?
