Apparently the data download for Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) into Toolkit mixes currency. The price is in USD and the dividend reported is in Canadian dollars. Now that there is a significant difference in value between the two currency's, Toolkit appears to show a significantly errant value for the dividend itself, the payout ratio, and the Yield.

Are there other stocks that this is an issue?
