Club Accounting 3 Maintenance Renewal

                I just purchased the Club Accounting 3 Support Maintenance today. I tried to register with the new serial# provided, but it doesn't recognize it as being valid. The software wouldn't allow me to backup the files until I had the Maintenance renewed. I didn't want to proceed with generating the club's taxes until this function was available. Any ideas on letting the software know that the maintenance has been renewed?
