Synnex (SNX) completed its spinoff of Concentrix (CNXC)on December 1, 2020. The spinoff was structured to be a tax-free distribution to SNX shareholders. Detailed instructions for making the accounting entries into ICLUBcentral accounting software are now posted on the ICLUBcentral web site at this URL : https://www.iclub.com/faq/Home/Article?id=690.
