I know going to sound paranoid, but I notice that company is located in the Caymun Islands. Besides avoiding taxes in US, doesn't sound like it is very transparent. Interesting that the founder and now executive chairman was also founder of Seagate. One club that I belonged to owned Seagate for a while. It has been a long time ago and I can't remember what exactly happened to the company. Will have to check it out.
Any input or comments?

They still must report to the SEC and their auditor is PricewaterhouseCoopers, so I don't think there is a great likelihood of the company acting improperly.
