Atlassian (TEAM) shareholders can now vote on the proposals to move the country of domicile from the United Kingdom to the United States. This involves votes in 2 shareholder meetings. The first is a Court Meeting, essentially a general shareholder meeting in the UK. This is to approve the proposal to move the country of domicile from the UK to the US.
The second vote is for a General meeting. This is to approve the processes needed to move the country of domicile, cancel the old (UK) Atlassian shares and distribute the new (US) Atlassian shares.
Shareholders should be getting notification from their broker with voting information.
According to the proxy statement for the proposal, there will be no tax liability for the change for US shareholders of TEAM. Of course, as often happens in corporate transactions, there is the caveat that the IRS may disagree with the Atlassian interpretation of the tax code.

Atlassian (TEAM) completed its redomicile to the United States from the UK on October 3, 2022. Clubs will want to change the Country field in the profile of TEAM in myICLUB. There are 2 easy ways to open TEAM security profile.
Go to Accounting. Click the Common Stock link next to the TEAM name on the list of securities owned by the club. This opens the TEAM security profile. Or...
Go to Accounting> Securities> Update security settings. Click the edit icon to the left of TEAM to open the security profile.
Once the TEAM security profile page is open, use the drop down menu for the Country field to select United States. The Country field is in the Advanced Settings area.
