When I click the "Get SSG Data" link with IE 6, that give a File Download window with Open, Save and Cancel options.  If I choose Save, that saves an .SSG file to my computer that I can double click on to open it in Toolkit 5.  So far so good.

If, however, I choose Open, that starts Toolkit 5 but then Toolkit give "Run-time error '53': File not found.

I think that you're going to have to report this to ICLUBcentral's Tech Support. When I click one of the links and choose "Open," that starts Toolkit and opens the downloaded file. So, there's something going on with your Toolkit installation that is different than mine.

I tried several "SSG Data" links on the BI web site and those produced what appears to be the same File Download dialog.  Clicking the Open button started Toolkit and downloaded the SSG data properly.

I tried the "Get SSG Data" link from StockCentral on another compter (with IE7, not IE6) and didn't have the problem I had on this one.  Sigh.

Jim, you are not alone.  I'm running IE6 on XP Home and I get the same error.

I've reported this as a "bug" ...
