LIFC is being purchased for $51 a share http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/080407/kinetic_concepts_lifecell.html?.v=1
I may hold KCI which is the purchaser and trades at 14 times earnings currently. Will do more research and decide when the deal is done.
KCI looks very good, here's my SSG, I used growth rates of 15% which they have beat handily over the last four years. |
