Microsoft is once again trying to outdo their online arch nemesis Google by aggressively pursuing Seattle-based online advertising group aQuantive with 6 billion dollar cash offer for the company. The $66.50 per share offer is an 85 per cent premium on aQuantive's closing price of $35.87 yesterday! That's some cash on hand they've got there.
