I am also having problems downloading SSG file while in ToolKit 5. I get an "invalid format" message on all stock symbols. I followed the instructions for setting up toolkit to download from iclub. I have used my better investing id #, my full name John Babcock, and my email name jbabcjr. I get the invalid format with the last name and with the other two name I get the message "Sorry that company (boeing BA) wasn't located at this web site. Toolkit is up-to-date, using windows latest internet explorer. Comcast is the ISP.
I am open to any suggestions

Your BI user id is irrelevant -- you need to enter your StockCentral username in the ICLUB Data Files "Email address" field and your StockCentral password in the Password field. Otherwise, you can't can't be authenticated as a valid user and all SSG downloads will fail.
