I am asking this question for a club member:
I asked all my Toolkit 5 users to update their programs after the Yahoo thing. One member did so, and she said it updated to 5.1.3 just fine.
She read something on either Iclub or SC that told her to update again because 5.1.4 was available.
However, when she "checks for updates", it tells her none are available, and she still has 5.1.3. Considering this is our portfolio manager, it makes it a little hard when she can't get pricing!
Any suggestions? Magic bullets?
Thank you!

Hi Lynn,
Unless someone from the community chimes in having had a similar problem, I'd encourage your club member to contact our support dept. to resolve this issue either using the online form here, or by calling 617-661-2582 (Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST). Thanks!
