I love how all my and my club's products and services are listed.  Really great!

But.... I shows that we do not have Club Accounting support when we actually have support for both the desktop and on-line club accounting products.

Thanks

Nancy,

It's quite possible that the support contracts are listed under another username. I'd suggest that you send all of the details to ICLUBcentral's Tech Support Department, and they can sort it all out for you. They even have the tools to unify everything into a single account.

I knew my subscription would be near to expiring. Thanks Nancy for pointing me in the right direction - the My Account link. When I renew the Stock Central subscription, does this also still give me access to the online Take Stock or is that a separate subscription? When clicking on the Take stock link, it looks like they are talking about the desktop version.

Hi Jeanie,

Access to Take Stock Online (at stockcentral) comes with your StockCentral subscription.  The Take Stock items listed on the "My Account" page are 1) under the "Subscriptions" area at the top is a link to renew a current Desktop Take Stock subscription, and 2) under the "Software" section is a link to buy/learn more about the Desktop version of Take Stock.

The desktop Take Stock program includes more functionality than the current online version, including the ability to Add/Edit judgment items (in advanced mode only), and the ability to save companies to a database.  Please let me know if you still have any questions, thanks!

Dave,

Thanks for your quick reply.  So when I renew my Stock Central does that also renew my SSG data subscription that integrates with Toolkit 5 or is the data feed a separate subscription?

Hi Jeanie,

Yes it does, all one subscription, we hope you enjoy what we feel is a tremendous value, which we are also working hard to improve on!  Thanks!

Your StockCentral subscription includes Take Stock, the Stock Screener, the Data Reports, the SSG data files, and other tools and services that we will be adding.

Enjoy!

Nancy,

Drop a note to the Technical Support department at ICLUBcentral. Give them a list of possible email addresses, and ask that they consolidate your records to the account and email address you use to login here.
