Our club owns Moog -- symbol MOG.A. When logged in the the BI web site I can enter this symbol and get current information. However, the company's data and price are never updated when I attempt to do so using Toolkit. Any suggestions?

You're going to have to check the ticker. Variously, Moog Class A shares are MOG.A, MOG-A and MOGA!
I'm assuming that you are using Toolkit with the SDS data. Look in the Data section of Toolkit with Moog open and see what ticker is used. Then, click the Update Prices (from the Internet). Before accepting the new prices, look at the table, see what ticker is being requested and if the price is being returned.
--- I've verified that Toolkit used with StockCentral's data works fine, but you'll want to use MOGA as the ticker. It turns out that Toolkit will download our data just fine if you specifiy MOG-A as the ticker (it seems to ignore the hyhen).
If you want to look at Moog with our Take Stock or in a company report, though ... use MOGA! |
