I am experiencing problems with the Summary, and TSSW pages for a given stock.
Is anyone else finding this, or is it unique to my computer.
Happy New Year!

Roger,
Could you describe the problems that you are having? What tickers are causing problems?

Joe,
I've found the problem, some of my URL: file associations weren't assigned.
I basically pointed them to ie7.exe and all is now well. Thanks.

| The new Take Stock tab at StockCentral looks like it will be useful when it displays properly. At the moment, when I look up ALY, click on Quality Index and then on the Growth Index buttons, I get a rather garbled screen. I'd be happy to send a screen shot if you can't duplicate this. I'm using Internet Explorer 6.0. |

| Joe, I am also having problems getting the TSSW pages to open. Some symbols it won't open the back, but will the front, from which you can go to the back. In others, it won't open either. The last one I looked at was HD. Gene |

Gene,
I don't know if this case is your senario, but just a guess:
When you opened tssw front and back, and did not close it, then proceeds to the next ticker, try to open the tssw again, this won't open a new window because tssw front and back are already open.
In such a situation, you can click "update" link in the upper right corner of the form, this will update the form to the current ticker you are looking at. If you click "back" or "front" it is the same effect.
Hope this helps.

Stephen,
A screen shot will definitely be very helpful. One thing about takestock online is that it is designed for general screen size at general resolutions, if your computer has screen size and/or resolution that is different from most computers, it probably won't display very well. If you could provide your screen size and resolution, we can investigate into it.
In take$tock desktop version, users are not allowed to change system fonts, this is not so obvious since most people won't do it. But for the web there are all kinds of combination of screen options, so we can only adapt to the most general ones for now.
Thanks.
