I don't speak for either ICLUBcentral or BetterInvesting.  But, I think that the software that you must purchase from BetterInvesting might best be described as "developed by ICLUBcentral for BetterInvesting."  I'd interpret that as meaning that both parties have some rights to the product, and that there are contractual arrangements as to who actually does the selling.  Since the product is advertised on the ICLUBcentral site, I'd assume that they also have the right to advertise, and to send you to the place where you can buy it.  It's certainly in ICLUBcentral's interest if you purchase their products.
