How and where can I find out whether or not my TK5 support has expired and if so how much does it cost to renew it?

When TK5 came out I bought it via NAIC. I have not been a NAIC member for the past year. Hence, I have no idea where I stand with the support.

I am unable to update the  info for the stock studies contained in my TK5. All price updates do come via IClub Cwentral. I have been trying to obtain my support  information from IClubCentral unsuccessfully. Frustrating? you bet!

Try clicking the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of any StockCentral screen. If your TK5 account is assigned to the same email address as your StockCentral username, you'll find a lot of information.

If you don't find what you need, contact ICLUBcentral's technical support department.
