Hello,
I am posting this because I could not find a similar topic---if there is one---please point me to it.
The job of Treasurer of my club has been thrust in my lap by the former one---who got too busy to do it. He had just moved our club to online accounting, so setup was sketchy. Apparently he setup a general username/password, and either used the "treasurer" or "accountant" role. I'm not sure which because I overrode one of them and put in my info. Herein lies at least part of the problem. Now apparently I have a clone, for there are two members with my name--one with the role of treasurer--the other with the role of accountant. Which one is in charge of the club finances? I tried to delete one of the accounts---but it still appears----and that is when I realized the original treasurer (still a member) did not show-up on the membership valuation reports anymore. Here is what I need to figure out how to do:
- Determine what role the Club Financial Officer (Treasuere) is called in the Online Acct SW (I believe its version 3)
- Get the former Treasurer to show-up as a member with his correct info once again
- Remove the duplicate person (me!) |

To change a person's permissions and privileges, click on "People." Then, click on "edit profile" for the person in question.
I think that you can remove the duplicate you if you revoke all of your privileges and click "delete" next to the duplicate name. If you can't, then you should contact Technical Support. There is a link and more information on the Help page.
If you click "Help" you can download a manual for Online Club Accounting.
Oh ... I'll move your message and response to "The Clubhouse" in a day or so. I'll leave it here temporarily so that you can find it easily. |
