I just completed an analysis of the annual report using the form I picked up at iclub list and questions from the class I went to. I am going to attach it for anyone interested. There are problems with inventory (for which Investor Relations is hopefully calling back about), cost of sales, and of course, the anemia drugs. On the call, they said they weren't giving any estimates on revenue for next quarter until they know more about what FDA is doing on labeling and a big cancer conference takes place. Whether doctors continue to use the two drugs or not will make a difference how it sells. Revenue from one drug went up 14% last quarter and the other one went up 3%. All the information about the potential problems with the drugs came out in March. I also noticed law suit has been filed on behalf of stock holders.
I track this company for my club and am trying to use new tools - annual report analysis - and possible sell check sheet. I would appreciate any feed back you might have.

| This stock used to be a growth stock but suceeding declines in the p/e ratio correspond to slowing earnigs over the last three years, the latest annual and quarterly reports highlight their failure to find a a new blockbuster drug to replace the older anemia drugs. |
