First, I am so glad you are going forward with this fair. Compufest was always my favorite event so I am glad it is continuing in some form. I am also very happy to see the breadth of classes... So what's my question? Unfortunately, I can't make it to Anaheim this year... however, I am an optimist, and expect that this will be an annual event...
So, my questions - Will this be an annual event? Or if not, biannual?
Will August be the month in which it is typically held?
Will you switch between locations in the US, or is the West Coast it?
Understand you cannot tell for certain, but I may try and switch things around depending on your answers ⎖% my schedule-maybe it can work] to make it this year...but some insight into your views on the event would be helpful...

I'll take a shot at these ...
We hope that it will become an annual event. Of course, the future depends on how the event is received. In practical terms what this means is fairly simple: if we get 300 paying attendees at InvestEd 2007, you can count on there being an InvestEd 2008. We're really counting on our friends and fellow investors for support here!
We're just beginning to discuss InvestEd 2008 (we also are optimists!). We'd like to move the event around like we moved our other event around. And, we've got our preferences as to the date, but nothing is set in wet plaster yet.
Let us know your preferences, but do think in terms of making sure that there will be an InvestEd 2008!

Irina, tell us how we should answer to convince you to change your schedule this year. 
The good news is that corporate commitments are starting to come through. Now it's a matter of getting all of you to join us. |
