Tip #2: Join a club with Joe Smith as a member

A prospect must be sponsored by a club member and that club member must agree to mentor the newbie for at least the first twelve months. Another thing we do is have prospects to come to three meeting before a vote is taken. This is to see that they can make a committment to the meetings as well as participate at whatever level they are comfortable with. We vote for admission, or not, at the fourth meeting without them present.
