I did a simple calculation to check the price
Old Price of SNV $24 with 1 share
Price of TSS $26 with 0.483921 shares = $12.58
New Price of SNV = $24 -12.58 = $11.418
I believe ValeLine will adjust its data in coming months for the spinoff
Also note the stock symbol is TSS NOT TSYS. That confused me at first
