Ralph,
After looking at the news about L-3 communications Holdings Inc. last week. There was a 5 year government contract for 4.65 Billion dollars that went to DynCorp that L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. thought they were going to get. L-3 communications Holdings Inc. has filed a protest to the Government regarding the contract going to DynCorp. It makes me wonder what this is going to do to L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. sales projections for the next 5 years.
You certainly have a lot more experience than I do and may know about this already. It is a concern for me since I presently hold a posisition with L-3 commmunications Holdings Inc.

My selections, including L-3 Communications, were based on long-term expectations. Any time a company is dependent of government contracts there are bound to be some short-term disappointments such as you cite. For many years L-3 has lived and prospered in this atmosphere. Long-term it has done very well. I expect the disappointment you describe be a short-term one and the long-term growth to eventually work out well.
