Whenever any message thread is opened, the reader has a choice to read the newest or the oldest first (box towards the upper right).
However, the default setting is oldest first.
I recommend that the default be changed to newst first. That will make reading easier and quicker, especially for people who are returing to read follow-up posts.

| If you click on "My Profile" in the upper left of the forum view, then click "Edit Profile" and scroll down to preferences, you can choose newest or oldest as your default view. Remember to click update to make that sticky. |
