To Whom It May Concern.
Can we download new SSG's via this site's data feed? If so how? I just ran afoul oft hat idea.
From OPS I am used  that the basic information is filled in. I have to make the judgements.
I tried to obtain a SSG from "subscribed data" in TK5. What I got is a message: FILE SEEMS TO BE IN INVALID FORMAT. How do I access that format?
I then tried NEW COMPANY in the drop down window of FILE in TK5. I received an utterly blank basic data screen and an equally blank SSG form. Does it mean I have to fill in all of the data? Where do I get it? We used to do it before we got spoiled with OPS or SDS or what ever NAIC choses to call the service. I admit I am not really keen on starting at that point again.
I hitched "my wagon" to StockCentral. Although, the "wagon's" garage is at Manifest Investing.

Thanks for any help.

If you configure TK5 correctly, you'll be able to download SSG files from StockCentral exactly as you are used to doing!

Go the data page and follow the links to the movie and/or the written instructions to configure TK5 to use StockCentral's data.  Make sure that you use your username (not your email address) and your password -- the same username and password that you use to login here.

THe "INVALID FORMAT" message indicates that you've not used either the right password, the right username, or both.

When you click "NEW COMPANY" in TK5, you should get an empty form.  It's there so that you can enter the data ... if you choose.

I'm still way too full of holiday food, so ask more questions if you need more answers!
