Our club is trying to decide whether to sell CATY. The forecast return does not fit our requirements (PAR 15%) any longer, but we have held it for only a couple of months and selling produces short-term taxes of approximately 30%, doesn't it? The SSG says HOLD, but the risk reward is 1. Anyone have any thoughts about this?
