We lost two members recently--full withdrawals. Their names do not appear on reports but when I open the "Record Member Deposits" page their names are still there. I do not see any place on the "Edit Member Profile" page to inactivate them. How should I do this or have I already done it with the payout process and just have to live with their names on the deposits page?
Thank you,
Keith Hoile, Viking Investment Club |

Keith, try this. Go to the People section and
if they are showing active click the choice to delete them. It will
not actually delete them, since they have transactions, but it will put them in
the inactive members list. Have you doublechecked their Individual
Unit Value Ledger to be sure all dollar and unit amounts are zeroes
out? Gene Rooks, Space Coast

Prepare a individual member ledger report and confirm that the members' units are truly 0 and not some minuscule fraction. If you used the two-step withdrawal procedure, check that you completed the payout step of the withdrawal.

Thanks, Ira and Gene, for the helpful response. All is well in our accounting software after I followed your recommendations.
