Infosys has recently started asking employees to sign non-compete agreements regarding who they will work with if or when they leave Infosys.
On it's own this is really pretty normal, but I found it interesting that they specifically named the competitors in the letter that employees are being asked to sign.
The competition has been specified, Tata Consultancy Services (Toronto Exchange: TCS), Accenture (ACN), IBM Global Services (IBM), Cognizant Technology (StockCentral Forum:CTSH) and Wipro (StockCentral Forum: WIT)
Check the WIT forum and you'll see I've recently posted an ssg for them, which looks like it could be a good deal, given the right circumstances. I'm looking into the others, but in the meantime, does anyone have an ssg for the other companies ready and waiting ?
