Hi all,

I have Toolkit 5.  A friend has SA.  I was wondering if SA has an equivalent to the Pert A Graph?  She sent me the individual (4) graphs from the Pert.  Is this supose to be the same thing?

Thanks,

Yes, I believe that is supposed to be SA's idea of offering the same thing as Toolkit's PERT-A Graph (and, in fact, being even better). Personally, I think showing Sales, PTP and EPS growth on *separate* graphs (as SA does) completely misses the point of graphing those growth rates (so you can compare them and see how similar or disparate the growth rates are), but maybe that's just me.

Lynn,
I have SA also, but have worked with TK. I like the trend lines that are present for each graph. The judgement lines from page 1 of the SSG are also on the graphs. Also, you can scale the graphs so they are all similar, making comparisons easier.
