I hope BAC knows what they are getting into with this deal. they already own 16% of CFC. My hope is that they do not pay a premium for CFC or award Mozilla a golden parachute. Full story below...

This is regarding Mozillos pay for the last year and going forward. Repeat after me, "we need to pay top managers top dollars to keep the best ones", over and over again. Glad I never owned CFC but he defintiely scammed shareowners over the last few years.

Rooms go for $965 a night, CFC has little shame. Can't BAC get some kind of consistent message from the managers. Mozilla rightfully gives up his severance but they turn around and host this? Ahhh the rewards of running a company into the ground. Priceless!!!
