And he only made $4 million! Just think how much he could have made if he had sold in early October at $52 a share instead of $46. It does make you wonder what he thinks about the prognosis of BAC's stock....

Here's his exercise/sales history: biz.yahoo.com/t/61/3899.html It looks like he's been exercising options and selling them on a regular basis for the past 2 years, so his recent sale wasn't a one-time event. I would probably conclude that he's selling down his shares for personal reasons and not because of the company's outlook. Doug
