I only have Investors Toolkit 4. Is there anyway I can transfer the SSG info automatically?

Jackie,
To download a new SSG file, go to the "data" page and enter the ticker. Then click the link for the SSG file. It should download and be opened automatically by Toolkit 4. (If this doesn't work, you will have to "associate" SSG files with Toolkit 4 - so ask again if you need help with that.)
Toolkit 4 cannot automatically update SSG data. If you want to do that, you'll have to manually download the SSG files you want to update from the data page (right click and "Save File As" onto your hard drive to do this). Then, from inside of Toolkit 4, do an update and select the SSG files that you have manually downloaded. |
