| What are you shareholders of CMX doing ? Apparently the BOD of CMX have refused the offer by ESRX-even though that offer is paying more, and is giving some cash in the deal. I am inclined to sell CMX and replace it with WAG. (Those shares are in a 401K; I like the WAG SSG better than CVS) |

I am voting no on the CVS-CMX merger. I see little gain for stockiholders.
