ABOUT PRE-ORDERING: We encourage clubs to pre-order their tax printer before the end of the year so that you can install and register the tax printer, thus ensuring that you have no technological problems and are ready to generate your returns on 1/31/2009 as soon as you have all of the necessary documents from your financial institutions on hand. When you pre-order, the forms are provided in DRAFT mode; when the states and IRS release FINAL forms, your software will be automatically updated. The DRAFT forms can NOT be used to file with the IRS or your state agency, but they can be used to ensure that your bookkeeping entries are correct and that you have no problem generating or printing the forms on your computer.
