I would like to start online investment club, because I can't find any online - at least not legal/real one. As I could read on internet there aren't any restrictions if foreign citizen joins USA or UK investment club... but there is a problem of trust. Is it possible to form some kind of legal entity and hire a professional to manage the clubs funds by instructions of its members?! I think this would be good and safe way of providing security/safety of funds to all members.

The problem is that I don't know any small investors in my own town/country, so this is on of the reasons why I want to join an online investment club.
