I was looking at insider transactions for a stock, and noticed a CEO had traded shares marked as "gift" with no share price.  I wonder if anyone in the SC community could help me interpret this as a good or bad sign of the CEO's faith in the stock.  Is this likely a charitable donation?  Conveyance to a trust?  What does it mean?
