After receiving several fatal errors, a Dell technician erased my HD.
I re-installed ToolKit 5, had to uninstall due to Run-Time error 429. ActiveX component can't create object.
I re-installed again, but keep getting error messages. I can't import from within Toolkit 5 "File seems to be an invalid format"; also run-time error '401' can't show non-modal form when from is displayed.
Also can't update.
Because I couldn't import from within, I did an SSG on http://www.better-investing.org/Public/default for my club's portfolio. I cannot update these records.

Hi Violet,
Please contact our technical support department either via the web or the telephone here:
www.iclub.com/support/sannounce.asp
Or:
617-661-2582
Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time
As it seems you must have a fresh operating system installed on your computer, we should be able to help you get your Toolkit back up and running. Good luck and thanks!
