| I have installed the Club Accounting 3 Upgrade. Now I am trying to install the 2006 Federal Tax Printer Software. When I insert the CD it tells me that I don't have the latest version of Club Accounting Software which is 3.1CA. But when I request a search for updates it tells me there are none available. How do I get the update so that I can do my taxes? |

1. Make sure Club Accounting is closed, and insert the Tax Printer CD into your CD-ROM drive. The CD will automatically launch the Tax Printer installer. In this case, cancel the installation until you have updated to Club Accounting 3.1.
2. Click START > MY COMPUTER. Right-click on your CD-ROM drive and select "Explore". The contents of the CD will now be displayed.
3. INSTALLING .NET 2.0. Club Accounting 3.1 requires that Microsoft .net Framework 2.0 be installed on your computer. If you are not sure if this is installed, or if you have not run your Windows updates in some time, open the file labeled "dotnetfx". This will install the newest version of .net framework on your computer. Follow the on-screen instructions to install .net 2.0. NOTE: If you see a message about repairing or removing .net, choose the option to repair.
4. INSTALLING CLUB ACCOUNTING 3.1 First, repeat steps one and two listed above to get back to the window showing all of the files on the CD. Once you have the window open, find and double-click on the icon for Club Accounting to start installing the updated program.
NOTE: There have been updates since the Tax CD was first made. After installing 3.1, open the club accounting to check for updates. If the program does not check automatically, go to the HELP menu, and choose CHECK FOR UPDATES. After all updates have been installed, exit the club accounting program.
